Great news - Royal LePage has joined with the Coast Realty Group and will operate it under the Royal LePage banner.
With this acquisition, Royal LePage becomes the largest real estate company on Vancouver Island, with more than 500 Realtors® working out of 21 offices and five satellite locations.
The coming together of the two brokerages means Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty now has:
- #1 market share in Ladysmith (50%) and Gabriola Island (100%), based on units sold;
- Almost tripled the size of our operations in Ladysmith;
- Almost doubled our market share in Nanaimo; and
- Doubled the size of our operations in Nanaimo.
